摘要
粉煤灰混凝土因其优良的性能,已经在工程中得到了广泛应用。但对有抗冻要求的混凝土,粉煤灰的最大合理掺量水平,各界一直没有统一的认识。结合宁夏七星渠改造工程,将粉煤灰掺量提高到较大水平,进行了混凝土150次快速冻融试验。结果表明:在含气量和28 d抗压强度相同的条件下,不同粉煤灰掺量的混凝土28 d龄期抗冻性能差异很大,但60 d龄期混凝土的抗冻性能基本相同。
The fly-ash concrete has been extensively applied in engineering for its excellent features.But no consensus is achieved on the maximum reasonable fly-ash ratio in concrete.Combining the reconstruction project of Qixing canal in Ningxia Huizu Autonomous Region,the 150 rapid freeze-thaw tests for fly-ash concrete were carried out with a higher mixing fly-ash ratio.The conclusion is drawn that under equivalent compressive strength and air-entrained amount,the concrete with different mixing ratios of fly-ash has different frost resistance properties at age of 28 d,however,the difference at age of 60 d is not obvious.
