摘要 定向滑动钻井时,PDC钻头上产生的反扭矩变化较大,导致工具面控制不稳,影响了钻进的连续性和速度。采用有限元数值模拟技术定量地分析了PDC钻头破岩时产生的扭矩,进一步证实存在较大反扭矩。介绍了Southard钻井技术公司最近研制的一种无反扭矩钻井工具,即行星钻头驱动器。该工具构思巧妙、设计新颖,通过控制定向钻井时PDC钻头上产生的反扭矩及其变化,从而提高钻进效率,具有一定的发展前景。 During directional slide drilling,reactive torque on the PDC changes greatly,the tool face can not be easily set,drilling consistence and ROP are affected.In this paper,reactive torque alternation of PDC was analyzed with finite element method quantitatively,which deepens understanding of reactive torque.In order to reduce or eliminate reactive torque,achieve continuously drilling and raise footage efficiency,a new drilling tool known as the "Planetary Bit Driver" has been developed,the apparatus was favor of controlling reactive torque alternation during directional slide drilling,this design was clever and originality,which has definite developing foreground.
