摘要 针对现有闭式回路的缺点,提出一种节能高效的直驱式电液伺服闭式回路。对该闭式回路的噪声产生机理进行分析,得出定量泵吸油不足而导致闭式回路中产生气穴现象是直驱式电液伺服闭式回路中噪声的主要成因。在理论分析的基础上,提出一种基于强制补油阀和密闭压力油罐的的无动力补油技术,该技术能有效地降低闭式回路的噪声,提高闭式回路的控制性能。无动力补油技术结构紧凑,易于实现集成化、模块化,在小流量闭式回路中可以取代补油泵,具有广阔的应用前景和实用价值。 A direct driven electro-hydraulic servo closed circuit was put forward to overcome the defects of traditional closed circuit. The noise sources of this new type closed circuit were analyzed. The conclusion was pionted out that the major reason of noise generation in this closed circuit was the cavitation caused by insufficient self-suction capacity of fixed displacement pump. The initiative oil supply scheme based on compulsive fill oil valve and closure pressure oil tank was presented to decrease the noise and improve control performance of the closed circuit. The initiative oil supply technology has the advantages of compact structure, high integration and modularization, it can be used to substitute for fill oil pump in small-flow closed circuit, and has a great prospect and practical value.
