摘要
EPZS(Enhanced Predictive Zonal Search)是一种新的快速运动估计算法,属于预测搜索算法,该算法选择更多的预测矢量和多模式搜索路径,试图从几个非常可能的矢量中预测最佳运动矢量。在分析EPZS算法优缺点的基础上,引进新的扁六边形搜索模板以及非对称十字搜索的方法对其进行改进,提出了新的算法。改进的算法在基本不改变图像质量和码率的情况下,简化了搜索方式,加快了搜索速度,从而改进了搜索效率。
EPZS（Enhanced Predictive Zonal Search） is an algorithm for motion vector searching,as well as a new predictive zonal search algorithm.In this algorithm more predicted motion vectors and more searching methods were selected to find out the best motion vector.This paper puts forward a new searching method based on EPZS by introducing new flat hex pattern and idea of asymmetric cross to simplify the algorithm and search speed without lost quality of sequence and in the same code rate.
