摘要
自1985年波特提出价值链理论以来,价值链管理也被广泛地应用到我国企业的经营管理之中。虽然价值链管理能够有效地提高企业的经营效率并最终使企业达到股东利益最大化,但与此同时,对其他利益相关者如社会的不重视也导致了企业和外部环境有诸多不和谐的地方。文章基于利益相关者理论对价值链管理进行整合与完善,并以出版行业为例,使企业在优化内外价值链管理而达到股东价值最大化的同时,又能使企业的社会价值最大化。
Since Michael E. Porter raised the value chain theory in 1985, the value chain management had been widely employed in daily operation. Although the value chain management can effectively enhance the management efficiency and eventually make the maximum of shareholder's value, the ignorance of other stakeholders such as society can also make the firm and the outside environment in bad harmony. This paper integrates the value chain management and the stakeholder theory, taking publishing industry for example, aims to make the maximum of shareholder's value and meanwhile also make the maximum of social value.
