摘要
为解决羊绒制品数码喷墨印花时,由于羊绒纤维表面疏水性和鳞片结构致密性阻碍染料和助剂吸附与扩散,影响羊绒制品的印花性能的问题,文中采用预处理的方法增加羊绒纤维表面的亲水性,并使织物表面绒毛平伏。探讨了预处理浆液的组成及各助剂的用量对数码印花效果的影响,并通过正交实验方法确定了最佳预处理配方。结果表明,适当的预处理可提高羊绒制品的印制性能,得到色泽鲜艳、轮廓清晰的花纹图案。
In the digital ink jet printing process of cashmere products,the surface hydrophobicity and the compact scales of the cashmere fibers will clog the adsorption and diffusion of both dyes and auxiliaries,and thus the printing quality will be influenced. This paper uses the pre-treatment to improve the surface hydrophilicity of the cashmere fiber and flatten the fabric's surface hair. In addition,it analyzes the composition of the pre-treatment size and the influences of applied auxiliary's amount on the printing effect,and the optimized pre-treatment prescription is determined through orthogonal experiment. It can be concluded that the appropriate pretreatment can produce a good printing with vivid colors and clear patterns.
