摘要
合理的表面织构能有效地改善摩擦副的动压润滑性能.建立了由多圆弧及三角形复合构成的织构表面的几何模型及流体力学控制方程;应用基于N-S方程的CFD软件FLUENT,对该复合织构表面的动压润滑性能进行数值分析.结果表明,复合织构表面的压力分布更加合理,举升力明显大于两种单一织构表面产生的举升力之和,即复合织构表面动压润滑效果更好.
Appropriate surface texture can improve hydrodynamic lubrication performance for kinematic pairs.A geometrical model of multi-textured surface constructed by multi-arcs and triangles is established while a hydrodynamics control equation is preserved.Using CFD software FLUENT,the hydrodynamic lubrication performance of multi-textured surface is computed.It shows that the multi-textured surface performs better compared with the independent-textured surface.The former gives a more appropriate pressure distribution and thus produces a higher thrust force.
