摘要
高校人力资源管理的科学化及其建构策略,对于我国高校的未来发展有着重要的意义。而传统高校人事管理存在诸多的问题,因此,强化人力资源观念、进行人力资源管理制度的创新、加强培训、健全制度是高校人力资源管理的科学化及其建构的重要策略。
Scientific management and its strategies' construction of human resource management play an important role in the development of colleges and universities.However,there exist a lot of problems in traditional personnel management.In order to be scientific in personnel management,we should construct the following strategies:to reinforce the concept of human resource,to innovate the system of human resource management,to strengthen the training and improve the relevant systems.
