摘要
通过力学性能测试及组织观察,研究了压铸速度对A380.0铝合金组织和力学性能的影响,得出该合金材料压铸成形的最佳低压射速度为0.6 m/s。结果指出,压铸时设定适当的低压射速度对合金组织的细化有明显的提高,并且能够改变金属间化合物的形态,使压铸件具有更加致密、呈球状分布的非树枝晶组织,从而使压铸合金的力学性能得以提升。与高速压铸相比较,其抗拉强度提高31 MPa,伸长率提高1.91%,硬度达到83.16 HB,冲击韧度为23.5 J/cm2。
The effect of shot velocity of die casting process on microstructure and mechanical property of A380.0 alloy was studied. The optimal low shot velocity was achieved, that was 0.6 m/ s. The result shows that low shot velocity makes a finer microstructure and change the distribution of intermetallic compound. The non-dendrite microstructures of die castings are responsible for the difference of mechanical properties, so that the mechanical properties were enhanced. Low shot velocity for die casting A380.0 alloy can increase strength and elongating more than 31 Mpa and 1.91%. The impact toughness and hardness is more than 23.5 J/cm^2 and 83.16 HB respectively.
