半导体激光照射星状神经节联合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察半导体激光星状神经节照射结合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为3组,每组20例。A组行半导体激光星状神经节照射,B组行牵引治疗,C组半导体激光星状神经节照射联合牵引。治疗前后采用颈性眩晕评估量表(ESCV)及经颅多普勒超声(TCD)进行测评。结果治疗后3组患者ESCV评分均有显著提高(P<0.01),左、右椎动脉和基底动脉的平均血流速度(Vm)均较治疗前有提高(P<0.05);但C组优于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光星状神经节照射联合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效显著,两种方法具有协同作用。 Objective To observe the influences of diode laser irradiation on ganglion stellatum with traction in treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis. Methods Sixty patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into three groups.Group A received ganglion stellatum diode laser irradiation treatment,group B received traction treatment,and group C received the treatments of ganglion stellatum diode laser irradiation and traction. They were estimated with evaluation scale for cervical vertigo(ESCV)and transcranial Doppler(TCD)with double blind method before and after treatment.Results The ESCV score of the three groups after treatment were markedly lower than those before treatment(P0.01). The mean blood flow velocity (Vm) of left (LVA) and right vertebral artery (RVA) and basilar artery (BA) after treatment was remarkably higher than those before treatment(P0.05), while compared with the other two groups the therapeutic effect in group C was with significant difference (P0.05).Conclusions There is a clinical significant effect of diode laser irradiation on ganglion stellatum with traction in the treatment of vertbral artery type cervical spondylosis. The two modalities are complementing each other.
