摘要
氟牙症是牙胚在生长发育的过程中,机体持续摄入过量氟而导致的釉质发育和矿化不良,在世界各地均广为流行,但对其发病机制尚未完全清楚;TGF-β/Smad信号通路在牙胚生长发育过程中起着信号调控的作用,该文就TGF-β/Smad信号通路及其在氟牙症形成过程中的变化作一综述。
Dental fluorosis is a disease resulting from over-intake of fluoride during the development of tooth germ.The pathogenesis of dental fluorosis has not been fully elucidated at present.TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway plays important roles in the regulatory mechanism of tooth germ development.TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway and its changes during development of dental fluorosis were reviewed in this article.
