摘要
目的:建立尿中三氯乙酸的捕集阱顶空-气相色谱测定方法。方法:尿中的三氯乙酸加热脱羧生成三氯甲烷,经顶空提取并被捕集阱吸附,解析后进气相色谱分离,电子捕获检测器检测。结果:三氯乙酸在1μg/L~100μg/L浓度范围内线性良好(r>0.999),最低检出浓度为1×10-3μg/L,标准溶液测定的相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为0.64%~2.30%,加标回收率为86.5%~108.4%。结论:本法简单灵敏,为测定尿中三氯乙酸的人群正常值提供了技术支持。
Objective:To determine trichloroacetic acid in urine,a method of headspace gas-chromatography with adsorption trap was established.Methods:After the trichloroacetic acid in urine decarboxylated and formed into chloroform which was collected by headspace with adsorption trap,the chloroform was determined by capillary gas chromatography with ECD.Results:There was a good linearity when the concentration of trichloroacetic acid was 1 μg/L~100 μg/L(r0.9990).The limit of detection was 1×10^-3 μg/L(v=10 ml) and the RSD of standard solution 0.64%~2.30%.The proposed method was applied for analysis of urine samples and obtained the satisfactory results and the recovery was 86.5%~108.4%.Conclusion:The method is simple and sensitive.It can provide an important technical support for determination of trichloroacetic acid in urine for normal population.
