摘要
目的:了解男男同性恋人群中HIV感染状况,为目标人群的艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法:根据《全国艾滋病检验技术规范》(2004年版),对通过外展服务、同伴教育和互联网招募的男男同性恋人群以及自愿来CDC检测(VCT)的男男同性恋人群进行ELISA初筛检测,初筛阳性者进行WB确认检测。结果:2008年通过外展招募的59名同性恋人群中,检出HIV抗体阳性者6例,感染率为10.17%,38名VCT中HIV抗体阳性者5例,感染率为13.15%;2009年通过外展招募的73名同性恋人群中,检出HIV抗体阳性者3例,感染率为4.11%,35名VCT中HIV抗体阳性者2例,感染率为5.71%。结论:2009年比2008年男男同性恋人群HIV感染率并无显著下降趋势,而且同性恋人群的检测咨询人数没有增加,通过外展招募的目标人群有重复性,没有真正做到主动检测,说明男男同性恋人群的艾滋病宣传力度有待加强,提示今后应加强高危场所的艾滋病宣传,提高人们的健康意识。
Objective:To understand the gay male population in the HIV infection status to provide the basis for AIDS prevention and control work.Methods:According to the "National HIV Testing Technology Standards"(2004 edition),right through outreach services,peer education and the Internet to recruit gay men to CDC groups and voluntary testing(VCT) of male gay populations ELISA screening test screening positive for WB confirmation test.Results:2008 through outreach recruited 59 gay population,detection of HIV antibody positive in 6 patients,infection rate was 10.17%,38 VCT in HIV antibody positive in 5 cases,infection rate was 13.15%;in 2009 by Outreach recruited 73 gay population,detection of HIV antibody positive in 3 cases,infection rate was 4.11%,35 VCT in HIV antibody positive in 2 cases,infection rate was 5.71%.Conclusion:In 2009 more than 2008 men and Gay groups there was no significant decline in HIV prevalence trends,and the gay population did not increase the number of test consulting,recruited through outreach target populations are repetitive,there is no truly proactive detection,shows men and gay men to be propaganda of AIDS to strengthen,suggesting that high-risk areas should be strengthened in the future of AIDS advocacy,to raise people′s awareness of health.
