摘要
试验研究了开锻温度、终锻温度、保温时间等锻造工艺参数对ZK61M镁合金锻件力学性能及组织的影响,确定了ZK61M镁合金锻件最佳的锻造工艺,满足了用户对此类锻件的各项要求,实现了直升机构件的国产化。
The optimal forging process of ZK61M magnesium alloy forgings is determined by studying the influence of such process parameters as start temperature, end temperature, holding time on the mechanical properties and structure of forgings, so that they can meet various requirements of customers, protect the new type of helicopter from foreign control and realize its localization.
