摘要
高校图书馆作为信息管理的专职机构,拥有丰富的科技信息资源及优秀的专业信息处理人才,应该在利用这些优势为教学科研服务的同时,为国民经济建设提供科技信息支持,为全社会的发展创立一个重要的信息支持平台,以满足信息社会发展的各种信息需求。武汉大学图书馆利用其重点学科测绘学的馆藏特色文献资源和信息处理专业人才优势,为国民经济建设和行业科技进步与发展提供各种形式的服务。
University library,as a professional institution of information management,holds abundant sci-tech information and professional talents of information processing.It should further provide sci-tech information support for the development of national economy,and create an important platform of information support to meet various information needs for the development of the whole society,at the same time,provide services for teaching.Wuhan University Library provides various services for national economic development and science and technology progress of industry with characteristic documents and professional talents of information processing on cartography.
