摘要
为了改善原有气动汽车发动机的缺陷,提出了一种以单螺杆膨胀机为气动汽车发动机的新型压缩空气动力系统,并对其单级型式进行了初步的理论研究,分析了发动机膨胀比、发动机效率和空气加热温度等因素对动力系统总输出功的影响,并结合分析结果对平均续航里程进行了评估。结果表明,提高发动机膨胀比、效率及空气加热温度,是提高单级系统动力性能的主要途径,效率0.5时此单级系统即可实现平均续航里程90km以上,完全能够满足短途交通工具对一般续航里程的要求。
In order to overcome the disadvantage of the existing air-powered engine, a new compressed air power system based on single-screw expander is proposed. Some analysis is discussed in theory for the single-stage systein, including the effects of expansion ratio, engine efficiency and air heat temperature to the total output and the evaluation of mean endurance mileage. It is concluded that the main methods to improve the power performance of the single-stage system are to increase the expansion ratio, engine efficiency and air heat temperature, and, the running duration can reach over 90 km totallv satisfving the need of short distance vehicle.
