摘要
通过红外热像图分析人体表温度的分布规律,可用于疼痛临床疾病的诊断.许多疼痛疾病的红外热像网都有其特殊规律,医师可应用这种客观的物理检查技术来帮助判断疾病的部位和原因.本文介绍红外热像图的基本原理,及椎间盘突出症、肌筋膜疼痛综合征与强直性脊柱炎的红外热像图特点.
Infrared thermograph can be used in the diagnosis of pain diseases by unalysing the distributive regularity of body surface temperature. There is special regularity in infrared thermograph in several pain diseases,so the doctor can decide the pathological causes and its location with this objective technique. The basic principle of infrared thermoimaging and the characteristics of intervertebral disc herniation,ankylosing spondylitis and myofascial syndrome are discussed in this paper.
