解读《神经外科低钠血症的临床诊疗指南》 被引量：10

摘要 低钠血症是临床常见的电解质紊乱,在神经外科中尤以脑性盐耗和抗利尿激素不适当分泌综合征常见,但二者在病因、临床表现和治疗上均有本质区别。如对低钠血症认识不足或治疗不当可引起多种并发症。2009年美国弗洛里达大学的多学科工作组制定的《神经外科低钠血症的临床诊疗指南》对神经外科低钠血症的分类诊断、病因分析及治疗方案均进行了详细论述,现解读如下,以作为神经外科低钠血症诊疗时的参考。
