NF-κB信号通路和脑出血后的继发性脑损伤 被引量:10

摘要 核因子Kappa B(Nuclear factor Kappa B,NF-κB)是一种广泛存在于哺乳动物细胞中的转录因子,近年来越来越多的证据表明,它与脑出血后的继发性脑损伤的关系密切。本文从NF-κB的生物学特性出发阐述了NF-κB信号通路在脑出血后继发性脑损伤中的作用及其机制,包括:促进炎性因子IL-1β、ICAM-1等的表达,引发和加重炎症反应;上调MMP-9的表达,破坏血脑屏障,加重血管源性脑水肿;促进细胞凋亡的发生。
