摘要
为减少轴承疲劳失效现象的发生,提高其使用寿命,从原材料的质量、轴承的加工精度和滚动轴承的工作状况分析了滚动轴承疲劳失效产生的原因,包括原材料缺陷、热处理后的组织状态、工作表面加工质量、安装质量、使用状况以及润滑介质等,并提出了相应的改进措施。
In order to reduce the occurrence of the fatigue failure phenomenon of rolling bearing and improve the life of rolling bearing,the fatigue failure reasons were analyzed from the raw material quality and processing precision and working conditions of the rolling bearings.The reasons included the defects in raw material, microstructure after heat treatment,processing quality of work surface,installation quality,using status and lubricating medium and so on.And the corresponding improvement measures were put forword.
