摘要
文章指出高校图书馆资源建设机制现存弊端及其服务创新的必要性,研究资源建设学科化服务理念、环境和功能,构建"资源建设采访员—学科馆员—资源荐购教授"三者协作的资源建设学科化服务模式,重点探讨学科馆员服务资源建设的体制创新、团队建设、服务机制和角色定位等,目的是为高校图书馆提供一条优化的资源建设学科化服务模式。
The article points out the problems of the resources construction mechanism and the necessity of service innovation in university libraries, studies the ideas, environment and function of the subject service and puts forward the subject service model of resources construction by the cooperation of acquisitioning librarians, subject librarians and pro-fessional professors. The system innovation, group construction, service mechanism and role positioning of the subject librarians are focused on so as to supply an optimized subject service model of resources construction.
