虚拟样机技术在汽车起重机起重臂振动分析中的应用

摘要 对汽车起重机的起重臂模型进行参数计算,通过对回转过程中突然卸载时力学模型进行分析,绘制起重臂在突然卸载情况时的理论振动曲线;利用ADAMS建立了汽车起重机的虚拟样机模型,仿真获得在回转过程中突然卸载时起重臂的振动曲线,通过与理论振动曲线相比较分析,得到汽车起重机起重臂因卸载冲击的变形,验证虚拟样机技术分析汽车起重机起重臂振动的可行性。 The truck crane boom's model parameter are computated,then the mechanical model in the unloading situation suddenly during rotating process is built and analyzed.The theroy libration curve of truck crane boom is established.The Virtual Prototype model of the truck crane is built by using ADAMS/View.The libration curve in the unloading situation suddenly during rotating process,are gained by simulat ing.Comparing the simulation libration curve with the theroy libration curve,the transmutation figure of crane boom due to the impact of unloading about truck crane in this working condition are got.Based on this,the feasibility of analyzing truck crane boom's libration by using virtual prototype technology is validated.
