摘要
研制了检测采油树控制阀焊接层的超声检测系统。系统使用5 MHz超声直探头垂直入射超声波,液浸法耦合,采用Bore,Raster和Polar三种检测模式对试样的特定部位进行检测,4轴编码器给出三种模式的各自坐标位置,扫描成像结果可以直观显示检测部位的缺陷形貌。对试样的检测结果表明,该检测方法能够检测出焊接层中大小为φ3 mm的垂直圆孔人工缺陷,对检测类似形状的工件提供了一种可行的检测方法。
The ultrasonic testing system of detecting the welding layer of the controlled valve used in subsea trees was manufactured.The 5 MHz probes were used,producing vertical incident ultrasound,coupled by liquid Three different detection modes were designed to detect the corresponding specific positions.The coordinates of each location of the three modes were read by the 4-axis encoders.The results of scanning image could visually show the information of defects.The detection results showed that the detection method was able to detect theφ3 vertical round holes in the welding layer, which provided a feasible detection method to detect the work piece of the similar shape.
