摘要
课程改革呼唤教师生存方式的文化转型。由于传统文化、学校管理制度、教师的工作性质以及学校办学理念的影响,教师形成了个人主义文化,这种文化制约了教师的专业发展,影响着学校文化的再生。自然合作是日常教学活动中教师之间自发、自愿的合作,具有多元、开放、自主等方面的特性。要实现从个人主义到自然合作文化的转型,需要通过建立共同的愿景与信念,通过制度文化规范以及教师的自我文化反思才能得以实现。
Curriculum reform calls for the cultural transformation of teachers' existing mode. Due to the influence from the traditional culture, school management system, the character of teachers' work, and the conceptions on running a school, teachers have formed the culture of individualism, which restricts teachers' professional development, influences the rebirth of schooling culture. Natural cooperation is a spontaneous and willing cooperation among teachers in the everyday teaching activities, which has the characteristics of diversity, openness, self-determination. To realize the transformation from the individualism to the natural cooperation, what need be done is to make the mutual ideal and belief, to regulate the culture of system and to improve teachers' cultural self-introspection.
