摘要
目的研究异丙嗪预防及对抗BaCl2诱发豚鼠快速室性心律失常的作用。方法以不同浓度的BaCl2建立豚鼠快速室性心律失常模型,随机分为3个组(异丙嗪组、生理盐水空白对照组和利多卡因阳性对照组),记录各组给药后动物心律失常的出现以及持续时间。结果异丙嗪组、利多卡因组在各个浓度的心律失常模型组中,室性快速性心律失常出现时间延迟、持续时间明显缩短。结论异丙嗪对BaCl2诱发的豚鼠心律失常有预防及对抗作用,此作用不劣于治疗剂量的利多卡因。
Objective To observe the effect of promethazine on prevention and confrontation of rapid ventricular arrhythmias induced by BaCl2 in guinea pigs.Methods Ventricular tachy arrhythmia animal models of guinea pigs were established using different concentrations of BaCl2.The animals were divided into three groups randomly:promethazine,physiological saline and lidocaine.Physiological saline was given to one control group and positive control groups were given two concentrations of lidocaine.The emergence and duration of arrhythmia after injection were recorded.Results Ventricular tachy arrhythmia occurred later and the duration was significantly shorter in the therapeutic dose of promethazine groups and lidocaine groups in all arrhythmia models.Conclusion The therapeutic dose of promethazine plays a role in the prevention and confrontation of arrhythmia induced by BaCl2 in guinea pigs and this effect is not inferior to therapeutic doses of lidocaine.
