摘要 NALPs( NACHT-LRR-PYD-containing proteins )是一个近年在炎症反应中m现的胞质蛋白家族,作为NOD样受体( NOD-like receptors, NLRs )家族中的业族之一,同Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs )一样,是固有免疫系统对病原体的一类重要感受器,广泛参与病原体上的病原相关分子模式(pathogen-asssociated molecular patterns, PAMPs )的识别,
