可溶性Endoglin与子痫前期的关系
摘要
子痫前期是妊娠特发性疾病，在美国和欧洲其发病率约为5％，在发展中国家仍是孕妇、胎儿及新生儿死亡的主要原因。严重的子痫前期孕妇可能发生HELLP综合征、子痫及胎儿生长受限。这些临床表现反映了广泛的血管内皮功能紊乱，导致血管痉挛，终末器官缺血和血管的渗透性增加。分娩以后症状可立即消失，说明胎盘可能在发病中起主要作用，胎盘源性循环因子可能是造成子痫前期孕妇的内皮细胞功能缺陷及并发肾衰竭、肺水肿、凝血功能障碍的原因。尽管近年在子痫前期发病原因方面有了很大的进步，
