抗滑钢板治疗Danis-Weber B型外踝骨折 被引量:6

摘要 Danis-Weber B型外踝骨折多为短斜形或螺旋形骨折线,抗滑钢板旨在用最小和最少的器械压住远端骨折块尖齿部位,以较小的"巧劲"获得解剖复位,达到可靠的固定效果。后外侧抗滑钢板较外侧中和钢板更具有生物力学稳定性,同时可避免外侧中和钢板所致远端螺钉穿入踝关节、切口愈合不佳等。后外侧抗滑钢板治疗B型外踝骨折的疗效较好,但治疗过程中也可增加腓骨肌腱炎发生率等。目前抗滑钢板的选用主要根据临床医生的经验和喜好决定,是否与B型骨折的形态学有关,有待进一步研究。
