摘要
经费不足与师资队伍不稳定等问题一直困扰着西部地区农村民办幼儿园的健康发展。在人们呼吁各级政府应加大对农村幼儿教育的投入、规范民办园管理、加强教师培训等问题的同时,农村民办园教师实践知识的积累和幼儿园获得的社会支持已成为促进西部地区农村民办园发展的重要因素。
Fund shortage and teaching team instability have been bothering the redevelopment of private kindergartens in western rural areas. While people are appealing to the government for investment increase, management regulation and teacher training for rural private kindergartens, the cumulation of teacher's practical knowledge and social support the kindergartens receive have become important factors for the development of private kindergartens in western rural areas.
