胱抑素C与家兔肾小球滤过率的相关性研究

摘要 目的评价胱抑素C与家兔肾小球滤过率(GFR)的相关性研究。方法家兔12只,随机平均分2组,氨茶碱组家兔耳缘静脉注射0.5 g/2 ml氨茶碱2 ml/kg和生理盐水10 ml/kg,对照组家兔耳缘静脉注射12 ml/kg的生理盐水,对各组进行尿量测定,同时测定家兔血清胱抑素C浓度,血肌酐浓度和内生肌酐清除率。结果氨茶碱组家兔的血Cystatin C浓度与血肌酐浓度呈正相关,其回归方程为y=0.0102x-0.0344,r=0.9861(P<0.01),并与尿肌酐排出量呈负相关,其回归方程为y=-1.0212x+1.412,r=-0.9004(P<0.01)。结论氨茶碱组家兔肾小球滤过率显著增高,测定血清Cystatin C也是评价实验动物的GFR快速、精确及简便的方法 。
