摘要 瑞士高等职业教育紧密结合其经济发展水平与经济结构调整,密切联系劳动力市场供给与需求变化,不断进行高等职业教育的调整。通过初中后教育分流来构建多样化的职业教育人才培养体系,在注重行业组织作用的同时,越来越重视与普通教育体系的沟通与衔接。借鉴瑞士职业教育模式和经验,对于提升我国高职院校办学水平,培养高素质专业人才,均具有重要的意义。 Swiss professional education closely integrates with the economic development and economic structural adjustment,the labor market supply and demand changes for higher vocational education adjustment.Swiss professional education insists the tradition of classification after middle school;builds diversified professional talents training system;concentrates on the influence of industry organization and pays more attention to the communications and cohesions with ordinary educational system.Swiss professional education model and experience is very meaningful to promote professional education reform,train high qualified professional talents and build a complete professional education system.
