摘要
针对科技查新员职业倦怠现象,从超负荷工作、信息超载、职业角色定位偏差、职业价值动摇与绩效焦虑、其它组织及社会因素等5个方面分析科技查新员职业倦怠的成因;指出查新员应该明确自己的职业角色,坚定职业价值,不断更新知识结构,积极进行自我心理调适,主动抑制职业倦怠;同时,查新管理机构应合理管理查新员工作负荷,建立科学的考核和激励机制,引导查新员合理规划职业生涯,采取轮岗等方式积极协助查新员调整工作状态。
For the phenomenon of sci-tech novelty consultants burn-out, this paper analyses the causes of occupational burn-out from eight perspectives , including work overload, information overload, professional role orientation bias, the suspect of professional value and performance anxiety, management perspect, etc. It points out that the sci-tech novelty consultants should be clearly aware of their professional role, convince of professional values, constantly update their knowledge structure, and make a positive self-psychological adjustment to maintain physical and mental harmony. Related management should appropriately reduce the workload, establish a scientific assessment and incentives, guide career planning and working state adjustment.
