摘要
目的探讨酸性氧化电位水在消化内镜高水平消毒中的应用可行性。方法采用全管路注液采样方法 ,观察酸性氧化电位水在消化内镜全浸泡手工式洗消中的现场消毒效果。结果在消化内镜全浸泡手工式洗消中,流动酸化水浸泡消毒>120 s可取得良好的杀菌效果,灭菌率达100%。结论酸性氧化电位水符合消化内镜高水平消毒的要求。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the feasibility of applying acidic oxidized electrolyzed water（EOW）to high- quality disinfection of digestive endoscopy. METHODS The application validity of acidic oxidized electrolyzed water in the procedure of digestive endoscopy full-immersion-style hand-decontamination was observed. RESULTS In the procedure of digestive endoscopy full-immersion-style hand-decontamination, more than 120 s flowing acidic oxidized electrolyzed water immersion-style infection could achieve good sterilization effects. CONCLUSIONS Acidic oxidized electrolyzed water can reach the needs of high-quality disinfection of digestive endoscopy.
