绞股蓝多糖提取工艺比较及优化 被引量:5

Optimization of extracting process for polysaccharides from Gynostemma pentaphyllum

摘要 目的:通过探讨热水浸提法和微波辅助提取确定提取绞股蓝多糖的最佳3T-艺。方法:采用热水浸提和微波辅助提取绞股蓝多糖,通过分别考察两种方法的单因素,确定其优化条件范围,通过正交实验L9(3^4)进一步确定绞股蓝多糖的提取工艺条件。最后通过比较两种方法多糖的提取率,得到绞股蓝多糖的优化提取工艺。结果:热水浸提法的优化工艺条件是15倍量水,90℃,2h提取2次。根据确定的工艺条件,测得绞股蓝多糖的平均提取率为4.03%。微波辅助提取的优化工艺条件是浸提70min,微波功率为70%(560W),25倍量水,处理6min。在此条件下,绞股蓝多糖的平均提取率为3.91%。结论:微波辅助提取绞股蓝多糖与热水浸提比较,虽然提取率不如前者高,但微波辅助提取能缩短提取时间,具有成本低、效率高的优点,应用前景广阔。 Object:The best extraction process of polysaccharide from Gynostemma pentaphyllum was determined through the discussion of hot water extraction and microwave-assisted extraction method.Methods; The reference to the use of hot water extraction and microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Gynostemma pentaphyllum, two methods were studied through a single factor in determining the scope of their conditions, through the orthogonal test L9 (3^4) the best pentaphyllum polysaccharides extraction conditions were further defined.Finally, by comparing the two methods of water-soluble polysaccharides from Gynostemma pentaphyllum rate, the best extraction process of polysaccharide was obtained. Results: The optimum conditions of hot water extraction were 15 times the volume of water, 90℃, 2h extract 2 time.In accordance with the established optimum conditions, based on the experimental determination of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides measured by the average extraction rate of 4.03%. The optimum conditions of microwave- assisted extraction method were immersion 70min, microwave power of 70% (560W), 25times the amount of water to deal with 6min.Under these conditions, the average extraction of polysaccharides from Gynostemma pentaphyllum rate was 3.91%. Conclusion; Microwave- assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract formulation was compared with the hot water extraction, although its extraction rate was lower than the former, but microwave-assisted extraction method shortened the extraction time, the advantages was less investment in the prospects for industrial applications broad.
