摘要
选用同一品种的小麦为研究试材,采用不同种类的粮食保鲜膜进行包装储藏。通过测定小麦储藏过程中的水分含量、脂肪酸、总酸、沉降值、湿面筋含量等指标,得出粮食保鲜膜包装的小麦具有延缓陈化、保持小麦品质的作用。其中,以B袋保鲜膜的综合保鲜效果最佳。
Using same species wheat as material ,the influence of different film package on wheat during storage. The statistics index of wheat such as water contents, fatty acid, the change of total acidity, sedimentation value, wet gluen content during storage were detected and analyzed. The results showed that there was more effect in different packing with special film. They had great effects on maintaining the quality of wheat. Synthesis effectiveness indicted that the best film package was bag B.
