摘要
采用3-甲基-2-苯并噻唑酮腙(MBTH)法、3,5-二硝基水杨酸(DNS)法和铁氰化钾法分别测定了葡萄糖、木糖、岩藻、阿拉伯糖、N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖、氨基葡萄糖六种还原糖。通过对测定结果的比较分析表明:MBTH法测还原糖的精密度和回收率与DNS法和铁氰化钾法相近;MBTH法测还原糖的灵敏度最高,铁氰化钾法次之,DNS法最低。因此,MBTH法特别适合还原糖的微量测定。
Glucose, Xylose, Fucose, Arabinose, N- acetylglucosamine methods of 3- Methyl- 2- benzoth ferricyanide. The results indicated azolinonehydrazone ( MBTH), 3,5 and Glucosamine were determined by the dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) and potassium that all the methods were with high precision and recovery rate, the MBTH method had the highest sensitivity, followed by the potassium ferricyanide method, the lowest was the DNS method.So the MBTH method was particularly suitable to the micro-determination of reducing sugar.
