Research progress in two-liquid phase fermentation and its oxygen transfer

摘要 发酵体系中的溶氧水平直接影响微生物的生长及代谢产物的形成和累积,通过合理的强化传氧的手段,是改善供氧、提高发酵效率的有效途径。双液相发酵系统被公认为是有效改善和控制培养液溶氧的新技术。本文综述了双液相发酵体系中的氧传递模式和机理,并着重介绍了不同类别氧载体在双液相发酵中的作用特点及其典型应用。 The dissolved oxygen level in cultivation broth had direct impact on microorganism growth and the accumulation of its metabolites.To adopt the suitable oxygen-transferring enhancement is to be an efficient way to improve oxygen supply and increase fermentation efficacy.Two-liquid phase fermentation had been reported a good technology for greatly improving the dissolved oxygen in cultivation broth. This paper reviewed the mode of oxygen transfer in two-liquid phases fermentation reaction characteristics of different oxygen-vectors practice. system and its mechanism, and then mainly introduced the n two-liquids phase fermentation and its typical application in practice.
