摘要
本文从产业发展与社会进步的角度分析了高等工程教育官产学研结合的利益驱动机制,设计了广东省高等工程教育官产学研结合体系的两个阶段,分别是产业宏观分析与规划阶段和官产学研结合具体实施阶段。构建了两个阶段的不同运行模式:第一阶段可借鉴技术路线图模式来进行操作;第二阶段可采用政府科技专项、卓越工程师计划等模式来组织实施。
This paper analyzed the benefit driving mechanism of university-industry-government cooperation in higher engineering education from the perspective of industrial development and social progress,and designed two phases of university-industry-government cooperation in higher engineering education in Guangdong province,which are industrial macro-analysis,and planning phase and implementation of university-industry-government cooperation phase.This paper alsoConstructed different operation modes for these two phases: the fist phase can be operated under the technology roadmap mode,while the second phase can be organized and implemented by adopting the mode of governmental projects for science and technology development and excellent engineer program.
