摘要
利用自制的功能性高分子乳化剂和改进的无皂乳液聚合工艺,制备了固含量大于40%的聚丙烯酸酯纳米级无皂乳液,纳米级无皂乳液密闭保存3a无变化。由TEM测得其粒径约90nm,粒子大小呈窄分布。确定最佳聚合工艺条件为:搅拌速率200~250r/min,引发剂用量为1.0%,自制功能性高分子乳化剂用量7%。
A soap -free acrylate emulsion with 40% solids content was synthesized by using the new monomers ZD polymeric surfactant as emulsifier and continuous emulsion polymeric technology, furthermore, there's no change been observed in the emulsion for three years. And average particle size was characterized as 90nm by using TEM. Super emulsified properties have been studied under the optimized reaction condition : amount of initiator 1.0% , amount of polymeric surfactant 7%, whisking velocity of 200 - 250 r/min.
