摘要 传统的滤棒接收站接收能力为1000支/min,最大只能满足卷接机组8000支/min的生产能力。而国产发射机发射速度达到1800支/min,ZJ112型卷接机组卷接速度达到10000支/min。为匹配滤棒接收站接收能力,发射机单元被迫降速,原滤棒接收站接收能力已无法完全满足卷烟机组需求。为此,开发了接收能力达2000支/min的高速滤棒接收站。高速滤棒接收站主要在加、减速器圆盘的工艺布局、横向传送装置、电气控制等方面进行了改进,同时增加了滤棒速度控制装置。经过实际应用,高速滤棒接收站接收能力达到2000支/min,上游发射机单元发射能力恢复到1800支/min,完全满足了ZJ112卷接机组对滤棒的需求。与原滤棒接收站相比,高速滤棒接收站具有性能稳定、滤棒接收质量好、维修保养方便、电气系统先进可靠等特点,有效提高了设备运行效率。 With the receiving capacity of 1000 filter rods per minute,traditional filter rod receiver can only match a filter cigarette making machine with a capacity up to 8000 cigarettes per minute.The capacity of a domestic filter rod shooter is up to 1800 filter rods per minute and the speed of a ZJ112 cigarette making machine is up to 10000 cigarettes per minute.The high speed shooter has to slow down to match the receiver's capacity,and the efficiency of the cigarette making machine is affected.Therefore,a high-speed filter rod receiver with receiving capacity of 2000 filter rods per minute was developed by improving the arrangement of accelerator and decelerator disc,the horizontal transferring device and electric control and the addition of a filter rod speed controller.The results of practical application indicated that the receiving capacity of the receiver reached 2000 filter rods per minute and the shooter worked at a full speed of 1800 filter rods per minute,the supply of filter rod to ZJ112 cigarette making machine was completely satisfied.Comparing with the original receiver,the high-speed receiver features more stable running,better filter rod quality,more convenient in maintenance,advanced and reliable electric system and higher machine efficiency.
