摘要 研究重金属对海洋大型藻类的影响,对于开发海洋渔业及保护人类身体健康具有重要意义。探讨了不同浓度Cd2+对大型海藻条浒苔的部分生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,随着胁迫浓度的增加膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐增高,均高于对照。可溶性糖含量随着胁迫浓度的增加含量逐渐增高,均高于对照。MDA与可溶性糖含量随胁迫时间的延长呈波动变化,二者成明显正相关。可溶性蛋白质含量随着胁迫浓度的增加逐渐增高且高于对照,随着胁迫时间的延长,成逐渐升高的趋势。脯氨酸含量随着胁迫浓度的增加逐渐增高且高于对照,随着胁迫时间的延长呈先升高而后降低的趋势。 The effects of Cd2+ stress on the physiological characteristics of Enteromorpha clathrata were studied. It was significance to develop marine fisheries and protect human health that heavy metals have an effect on marine macroalgae. Changes in some physiological and biochemical indexes of E. clathrata under longterm different Cd2+ gradient treatment. The results showed that the content of soluble sugar and MDA of E. clathrata were higher gradually than control group and that with the increase of Cd2+ gradient treatment, and there was obvious positive correlation MDA content and soluble sugar. The content of soluble protein and proline gradually increased than of control group. The content of soluble protein was higher with prolong for treatment time. The content of praline increased and then decreased with prolong for treatment time.
