摘要
对4个早籼品种胚乳淀粉体的大小、形状、结构和发育等特性进行了扫描电镜观察.结果表明:早籼胚乳细胞内存在两种淀粉体,即单粒淀粉体,直径2.6~7.0μm,平均4.4μm;复合淀粉体,由多个单粒淀粉体结合构成,直径6.0~14.0μm,平均9.5μm.有垩白胚乳单粒淀粉体多数为椭圆形或圆球形,大小差异较大,排列疏松,淀粉体间空隙大;无垩白胚乳单粒淀粉体基本为晶状多面形,发育良好,大小较为一致,排列紧密,淀粉体间空隙小而少.胚乳背部淀粉体的发育和排列结构优于腹部和中部.早籼胚乳垩白的出现是由于淀粉体发育不良、排列疏松造成.在育种中对无垩白胚乳的选择应早期进行,且重点放在腹部.
The size, pattern, structure and development of the amyloplasts (starch granules) in the endosperm of 4 cultivares of early indica rice were observed with Scanning Electron Microscope. It was found that there were two kinds of amyloplasts: single and compound amyloplasts, 4. 4 μm and 9. 5 μm in diameter by average with the range of 2. 6~7.0 μm and 6. 0~14. 0 μm. In the case of chalky endosperm, most of the single amyloplasts were of elliptic or ball shape, loose arrangement and great difference in size. While in non-chalky endosperm, most of the amyloplasts was single, well developed, polyhedral, crystalline and compact arranged. The amyloplasts in dorsal part of endosperm were developed better than that in abdomen and center. However, the selection for non-chalky endosperm in rice breeding should be started in early generation with emphasizing on abdomen.
