摘要
采用分期播种和初花打薹等栽培技术措施探讨了白菜型油菜生态型细胞质雄性不育系,一系两用和油蔬两用的可能性。结果表明,该类不育系于11月上旬播种,其不育天数较长,可用恢复系与之配制F1杂种,同期播种于初花前打薹,可推迟开花12d以上.使该类不育系不育天数相对减少,可育天数相对增加,从而自交繁殖该不育系。初花前打薹与不打薹相比,对单株产量等主要经济性状虽有影响,但差异不显著,打薹还可获3000~4500kg/hm2菜薹供蔬用或饲用。这在三熟制地区或城市中、远郊可提高白菜型油菜的综合效益。
The possibiltities of rape(B.rassica campestris)ecotypic male sterile(EMS)used as two-line(male sterile for F1hybridseed producing and inbreeding line for male sterile line reproducing)and as vegetable and oilseed crop ware studied by differentsowing stages and flower stem picking.The results showed that the EMS line,sown at the beginning of November in Hefei,hadlonger duration of sterility during flowering period and could be crossed with the restorers to produce F1 hybrid seed.The initialflowering stages of the sterile line could,.be postponed for 12 days ,and also shorter duration of sterility and linger duration of fertility which could be used for reproducing EMS line could be reached if the flower stem was picked before flowering stage.Theflower stem picking only had a little effect on the yield and other economic characters as compared with DC,but3-4,5t/hm1 fresh vegetable could be supplied.The qualitative characters between the EMS line and Brassica vegetable were analysed and compared.The comprehensaive benefit in multiple croping system(rice-rice-brassicas during a year )in the south of China was discused.
