塑性体积成形过程的变形分区及可视化研究

摘要 针对塑性体积成形过程复杂且金属流动行为难于分析的现状,从塑性加工力学角度,提出了利用J2不变量和罗德系数μσ等应力场特征量的变形分区方法,可对塑性区的范围及材料所处应变类型进行定量分析.并通过二次开发实现了塑性体积成形过程的可视化,能够直观地给出塑性区内任意部位材料所处应力应变的定量分布规律. For the complex and hard analysis of metal flow behaviors in plastic bulk forming process,a deformation division method of using the second invariant of the deviatoric stress tensor J 2 and Lode parameter μ σ is put forward from the view of plastic mechanics. Quantitative analysis on the plastic zone and the strain type of material can be conducted. Through a second development,the visualization of plastic bulk forming process is realized,which can directly describe the quantitative distribution rule of stress and strain in any plastic regions.
