不同方法治疗下颌骨髁突骨折预后效果研究 被引量:3

A prognosis study of mandibular condylar fractures treatment

摘要 目的:探讨髁突骨折手术治疗与非手术治疗的预后效果。方法:髁突骨折41例(51侧),其中单侧31例,双侧10例。7例(9侧)采取非手术治疗,34例(42侧)采取手术治疗。术后复查3~6个月32例,6个月以上9例。结果:3例关节疼痛,为手术治疗。3例张口受限,2例为手术治疗,1例为非手术治疗;3例错,2例为手术治疗,1例为非手术治疗;3例面神经损伤,为手术治疗。结论:对于高位髁突骨折,尤其是移位不明显髁突矢状骨折,应采取非手术治疗;而对于严重移位、脱位骨折,建议手术治疗。 Objective The purpose of the study was to study the prognosis of mandible condyle fracture by both treatments.Methods 51condylar fractures(unilateral 31,bicateral 10),Among 41patients.9 fracturs with slight displacement were treated non-surgically.42 fractures with severe displacement were treated surgically.Postoperative follow-up period was 3 to 6 months in 32 cases,9 cases over 6 months.Results 3 patients with joint pain from surgical treatment.3 patients with mouth opening restriction:surgical treatment 2 patients,non-surgical treatment 1 patient.3 patients with occlusional disturbance:surgical treatment 2 patients,non-surgical treatment 1 patient.3 patients with facial nerve damages from surgical treatment.Conclusion Patients with minor displacement of fractured condyle would benefit from non-surgical treatment and those with moderate or severe displacement of fractured condyle should be treated surgically.
