几丁糖胶原可吸收膜的体内埋植及降解实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究几丁糖胶原膜组织相容性及降解性。方法:在家兔背部肌肉内埋植几丁糖风干膜、几丁糖冻干膜、几丁糖胶原复合膜、混合膜及冻干膜。埋植术后1、2周、1、2、4、5月时取材,观察组织相容性;秤取膜材料植入前干重,术后1、2、3、4、5、6月时取出膜,计算膜的埋植降解率。结果:家兔背部植入区肌肉组织无明显炎症反应。膜材料在体内3个月时吸收率小于20%;植入后6个月,吸收达50%以上,膜基本破碎。结论:几丁糖胶原膜材料有较好的组织相容性,在体内可保持完整3个月以上,其组织相容性及降解性能适宜作为引导骨再生膜。 Objective:To assess biological compatibility and absorption property of chitosan-collagen membrane.Methods:Five membranes of dried-chitosan,frozen-chitosan,chitosan-collagen compound membranes,chitosan-collagen composite and frozen-dried membranes were inserted in dorsal muscles of 36 rabbits.At 7,14,30,60,120 and 150 days,rabbits were sacrificed and histological observations were performed.In addition,biological degradation rate was calculated on day 30,60,90,120,150 and 180,compared with the dry weight of the membranes before and after implantation.Results:No obvious acute inflammation reaction was found in vivo.All membranes degraded slowly with no more than 20% absorbed in 3 months,while it was up to more than 50% in six months.Conclusion:The chitosan-collagen membranes have good biological compatibility and can remain intact in vivo for more than 3 months.Chatoyant-collagen can be used as guild bone regeneration membrane relying on its biological compatibility and degradation rate.
