摘要
选取Tx623A×S722的P1、P2、F1和F24个世代为试验材料,研究了高丹草的株高、叶长、叶宽、分蘖数、单株干重和鲜重的遗传规律。结果表明:杂种F1在除分蘖数外的5个主要农艺性状上均表现超亲优势,株高的普通遗传率最高(H2G=47.91%),单株干重的普通遗传率最低(H2G=23.61%)。采用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分析方法,发现株高符合2对等显性主基因+多基因的遗传(E-6模型),主基因的遗传率为50.31%;叶长受多基因控制(C-0模型);叶宽为1对主基因+多基因的混合遗传(D-0摸型);分蘖数、单株干重和鲜重均为2对加性-显性-上位性主基因遗传模型(E-1模型),主基因的遗传率分别为77.03%、58.77%和54.65%,并远大于多基因的遗传率。表明:在高丹草产量育种工作中,应首先考虑主基因的作用。
P1,P2,F1 and F2 of Tx623A×S722 were used for genetic analysis of plant height,leaf length,leaf width,tiller number,dry weight per plant and fresh weight per plant in sorghum-sudangrass hybrid.The result showed that sorghum-sudangrass hybrid showed positive over-parent heterosis except for tiller number among main agronomic traits,and the general heritability of plant height was the highest(H2G=47.91%),while that of dry weight per plant was the lowest(H2G=23.61%).By using major gene and polygene mixed inheritance methods,plant height fitted the equal dominant genetic model with two-major-gene model(E-6),and the heritability values of major genes was 50.31%;leaf length had no major gene,it was controlled by polygene(C-0);leaf width was fitted mixed one-major-gene and polygene model(D-0);tiller number,fresh weight and dry weight per plant fitted the additive dominant genetic model with two-major-gene model(E-1),and the heritability values of major genes were 77.03%,58.77% and 54.65% greater than those of polygene respectively.In the improvement of sorghum-sudangrass hybrid,major genes resistance should be considered at first.
