摘要
目的:探讨不同类型高等院校大学生对艾滋病/安全性行为健康教育的需求程度,以便针对性开展健康教育。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对师范类、理工类和医学院三种类型院校大学生进行艾滋病/安全性行为健康教育内容及方式的需求调查。结果:师范类及理工类院校大学生对艾滋病/安全性行为知识、态度、行为指导的需求程度较高,与医学院校大学生比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三类院校大学生均对同伴教育接受程度较高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对理工类和师范类大学生及医学院校低年级学生进行艾滋病/安全性行为健康教育十分必要,并且同伴教育是大学生广为接受的健康教育模式。
Objective:to understand requirements about AIDS/safe sex of students in different type university, providing scientific evidence for health education. Methods: students in normal university, polytechnic university and medical college were investigated by self-designed questionnaire about AIDS/safe sex. Results:the requirement degree of students in Normal university and polytechnic university was higher than medical university, and the difference was significant (P〈 0.05 ). Three type university' s students accepted peer education, and the difference had no statiscally significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion:It is essential to strengthen the AIDS/safe sex health education among normal university and polytechnic university students and medical eollege underclassman. Peer education is widely accepted by undergraduate students.
