单用坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生35例的临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的:观察单用坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)与坦索罗辛联合非那雄胺治疗BPH的临床疗效对比。方法:将70例符合纳入标准的BPH患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例单用坦索罗辛治疗,对照组35例采用坦索罗辛联合非那雄胺治疗。结果:两组均能明显降低患者的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及生活质量(QOL)评分,提高最大尿流率,减少膀胱剩余尿量,但对前列腺体积变化无明显改善;两组肝、肾功能主要指标比较差异亦无统计学意义。结论:单用坦索罗辛治疗BPH可取得较好疗效,而且降低患者的经济负担,提高长期用药的依从性,值得临床进一步研究。
