俄罗斯萨哈林3号维尼区块海上测试技术

摘要 海上测试工艺的合理与否至关重要。本着简单、实用及安全的原则设计了TCP-DST射孔测试联作管柱,为节省海上作业时间,尝试采用了二开二关的开关井制度,利用地面试油设备和数据采集系统,形成了科学、合理、实用、安全的海上测试工艺技术,并在俄罗斯萨哈林3号维尼区块海域3口井上成功地实施了测试作业,获得高产油气流,取全、取准了各项测试资料,为平台后续的弃井作业、拖航及复原赢得了宝贵的作业时间,大大降低了萨哈林海域冬季海上作业的风险,同时,也节省了作业费用。 Reasonability of offshore well testing technology is very important for the success of the test.TCP-DST testing technology was designed aimed at simplicity,safety and applicability.In order to save operation time,two-open-two-shut in was used.A scientific,reasonable,practical and safe offshore testing technology was developed using testing tools and surface data acquisition system.This technology was used in 3 wells in NV-1,V-3 and NV-2 in Sakhalin Island,Russia.High oil and gas flow rates were obtained.All the required data were obtained.It saved enough time for well abandon,jack down and wet tow rig,and demobilization.It eliminated lots of risks arising from working offshore in Sakhalin Island during winter and saved considerable operating cost.
